Preparations and Cooking Instructions
Prepare pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Place frozen dough on pan, cover with plastic wrap and place pan in fridge.  Thaw overnight for 12 to 16. Hours.  Remove from the fridge and place in warm spot to rise until double in size (1-2 hours).  Brush with egg wash (1Tbsp of water and 1 egg beaten) and score with sharp knife as desired.  Bake @400 degrees for 20 mins or until internal temperature is 190 to 200 degrees.
